Hi, I'm Sue Jones and I specialise in supporting carers who get so busy caring for others, they run out of time and energy to care for themselves.

I've been a carer in both my professional career and personal life. I know the slow creep of exhaustion, overwhelm and running on empty and how easy it is not to find time for your own health and wellbeing.

Whether home-based family carers (parents/partners/other family members) or health and welfare professionals (nurses, doctors, midwives, support workers and more).

AS A CERTIFIED PREKURE HEALTH COACH:

My coaching uses proven methods based in behavioural science and positive psychology, supporting your emotional and physical recovery and creating lasting habits.


My support for you works alongside any professional medical advice to help you make the changes you need.


I use the coaching approach to help you identify small sustainable changes to achieve your health and wellbeing goals for which you are accountable.


I recognise that you are unique and the expert on you.
